Funding guidelines

In August 2024, the Ministry of Education introduced a new cost-based funding approach for Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care, effective Jan. 1, 2025. Niagara Region is committed to supporting child care service providers through this change. Download the Child Care Funding Guidelines (PDF).
