Medical coverage

Request paid, dedicated medical coverage from Niagara EMS for festivals, sporting events, concerts, parades and other organized gatherings.

Submit: At least 2 weeks before event

Niagara EMS visit or presentation

Invite Niagara EMS to take part in school visits, community fairs, events and other public education activities.

Submit: At least 2 weeks before event

Bin for organics

Organic and recycling bin rentals

Request organic and recycling carts for your event.

Submit: At least 4 weeks before event

Road use permits

If your event includes a parade, race, festival or other activity that occurs on any part of the Regional road / right-of-way, you'll need a road use permit before it can go ahead.

Submit: At least 15 business days

Waste Management booth

Invite Waste Management to host an information booth at your event, where attendees can learn about local waste diversion programs, ask questions and access helpful resources.

Submit: At least 4 weeks before event
