Project overview

The Wilhelm Road Bridge is on Wilhelm Road (Regional Road 98) in Port Colborne. The bridge is about 400 metres south of Forks Road East and crosses the Canadian National Railway tracks. Niagara Region plans to rehabilitate the bridge.

Design work began in 2025 and construction is planned for 2026, pending permit approvals.

The pre-construction notice includes information about upcoming construction timelines and traffic updates, including a one-lane closure on the bridge.
