Project overview
Niagara Region owns and operates the Nickel Street Pumping Station at 40 Nickel St. in Port Colborne. The sewage pumping station was constructed in the 1970s. It has growing maintenance and operation requirements. The station is in poor condition, making an upgrade essential.
Upgrades will be made to the:
- Pumps
- Meters
- Valves
- Electrical
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Generator
