March 2019 - Fall 2027
Niagara Region completed a Schedule 'C' Environmental Assessment (March 2019) to examine the need and feasibility for widening, intersection improvements, and active transportation improvements to Casablanca Boulevard (Regional Road 10) between the North Service Road (Regional Road 39) and Main Street West in Grimsby.
It also included parts of Livingston Avenue (Regional Road 512) and South Service Road (Regional Road 40) next to Casablanca Boulevard (Regional Road 10).
Niagara Region conducted the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment to assess the improvements needed for key transportation routes in the vicinity of the future Grimsby GO Transit station.
The study built on the work done as part of the Grimsby Secondary Plan and the Region's Transportation Master Plan, which provides details about the Environmental Assessment.
