Public Pools and Spas
Before opening a recreational water facility, you must complete a notification form to schedule an inspection.
Pool and spa courses
Niagara Region Public Health no longer offers in-person pool and spa operator courses. This service has been discontinued as the program transitions to an online training model.
The shift to an online format will provide operators with greater flexibility and more options. In the meantime, the Lifesaving Society offers two levels of pool operator courses.
More details and supporting materials for the transition will be shared once the online option is ready.
