Vaccine Delivery Schedule

Submit your vaccine order a minimum of three full business days before your scheduled delivery day. The day of delivery does not count.

For example, if your delivery day falls on the second Tuesday of July (July 8, 2025), you must submit your vaccine order three business days before, which would be Wednesday (July 2, 2025) by 4:15 p.m.

  • Orders received less than three full business days before will not be processed until the following delivery date
  • Vaccine orders will only be delivered to your facility according to the vaccine delivery schedule. Consider making a note of the delivery dates in advance to plan accordingly. For example, based on the scenario described, note on your calendar that July 8 is your delivery date and orders need to be in by July 2 at 4:15 p.m.
  • Statutory holidays do not count toward one of the three business days. Public Health offices are closed on statutory holidays.
