Vaccine Delivery Schedule

The new vaccine delivery schedule will start March 2. As a result, the vaccine ordering deadline will change. You will need to submit your vaccine order five full business days (one calendar week) before your new delivery day. St. Catharines A and B, Grimsby, Smithville, Lincoln (Beamsville, Jordan, Vineland) and Thorold will need to place orders the last week of February according to their new delivery days.

Submit your vaccine order a minimum of three full business days before your scheduled delivery day. The day of delivery does not count.

For example, if your delivery day falls on the second Tuesday of July (July 8, 2025), you must submit your vaccine order three business days before, which would be Wednesday (July 2, 2025) by 4:15 p.m.

  • Orders received less than three full business days before will not be processed until the following delivery date
  • Vaccine orders will only be delivered to your facility according to the vaccine delivery schedule
  • Statutory holidays do not count toward one of the three business days. Public Health offices are closed on statutory holidays.

Receiving your vaccine order

Delivery personnel are not informed about the contents of the vaccine bags, including specific product details such as whether they contain high-dose or standard-dose flu vaccines. They also do not have access to your order information.

The Ontario Ministry of Health has reported potential shortages and stockouts for some vaccines, such as hepatitis B pediatric, pneumococcal adult / high-risk pediatric and MMR-V. It is unknown whether these shortages will affect vaccine orders in Niagara. Vaccine orders may need to be adjusted if there is an impact.

Please reference the packing slip stapled to the outside of the bag for the contents of your order.
