Payment information
We have added extra security measures for submitting your payment. You may experience technical difficulties if the billing address does not match the one associated with your credit card. You may also need to confirm your identity using two-factor authentication, such as a code sent to your phone.
For help with your billing address or phone number, contact your credit card provider or your company's credit card administrator. If you have any other issues, email Accounts Receivable.
Become a certified food handler
To become a certified food handler, select a course option and complete the registration information.
Payment options and cancellation / rescheduling
- Payment can be made online by credit card. For other payment options, email foodhandler@niagararegion.ca.
- Payment must be received to complete your registration
- Full refunds are only given when notice is given at least 48 hours before the first session
