Events serving food to the public in Niagara region are required to follow safe food handling practices. Food safety rules are needed to decrease the risk of food illness that can occur at these events.
Food and farmer's market vendors are required to complete the proper form and send it to their event organizer, who will send all completed forms to Niagara Region Public Health.
