International Agricultural Worker Inspection / Information Request

All seasonal housing inspection requests must be submitted online to Niagara Region Public Health.

Seasonal housing accommodations must meet minimum requirements as set out in the Seasonal Housing Guidelines before an onsite inspection is conducted by Public Health.

Seasonal housing owners / operators must ensure accommodations comply with all local building, fire and zoning requirements.

Fee structure

Starting Jan. 1, 2026, Niagara Region will be implementing a cost-recovery fee to support this service.
