Automated External Defibrillator Loaner Application

Niagara's Automated External Defibrillator Loaner Program can provide a defibrillator up to 72 hours for events.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program, applicants must:

  • Ensure there will be an adequately trained person(s) on site during the event
  • Show a copy of a valid first aid / CPR card and a valid photo ID (such as a driver's licence) when picking up the equipment
  • Submit an application two weeks before the event

Any personal information or personal health information submitted will be collected, used, and disclosed, where applicable, by members of Regional staff according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
