This program provides services and treatment to children whose parents or caregivers have no dental insurance coverage and cannot afford the cost of urgent dental care. It is to ensure that no child goes without essential dental care as a result of an inability to pay for dental services.
The program provides dental care for children and teens age 17 and under.

For more information on the CINOT program, call 905-688-8248 ext. 7201. Posters and information cards are available to schools, dentist and physician offices upon request.
Dental preventive services are provided by a public health dentist, dental hygienists and dental assistants for selected children up through grade 8.
Children receive dental needs assessments and based upon the findings may receive dental sealants, topical fluoride, dental health education and oral hygiene instruction.
