About the project
This project is a major rehabilitation of the Lundy's Lane (Regional Road 20) Hydro Canal Bridge North in Niagara Falls. The bridge was built in 1965.
Work includes:
- Bridge deck removal and rehabilitation
- Coating the underside of the bridge's structural steel
- Piers, abutments and wingwall rehabilitation
- Deck widening for a multi-use path
- Lighting upgrades
- Building a new multi-use trail pathway connection to Millennium Trail (northwest corner)
- Asphalt resurfacing
- Landscaping and site restorations

Traffic Information
All vehicles and pedestrians will use the south bridge with one lane each way during construction.
