Notice of intention to declare surplus and dispose of Niagara Region-owned lands in Welland

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Disposal of Land By-law 26-2011 that at its meeting to be held on April 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., the Corporate Services Committee will consider the proposed surplus and disposal to the City of Welland.

 

 

The said parcel of land is legally described as:
