Road closures due to Santa Claus parades in Niagara

​​The following road closures are for Santa Claus parades in Niagara.

Thorold
Saturday, Nov. 29: Santa Claus Parade
3 - 7:30 p.m.

Collier Road North / South (Regional Road 56) at Sullivan Avenue

• No detour route for this closure as this is a proposed rolling closure. The intersection at Sullivan Avenue will be opened after the parade passes.

Businesses and residents will have access during the closure but may be directed to take an alternate route to get to their destination.

West Lincoln
Saturday, Nov. 29: Santa Claus Parade
3 - 8 p.m.

West Street / St. Catharines Street / Griffin Street (Regional Road 20) from South Grimsby Road 5 to Townline Road AND Station Street / Griffin Street South (Regional Road 14) from Forest Avenue to Smits Cove

• Detour 1: Townline Road > South Grimsby Road 6
• Detour 2: Townline Road > South Grimsby Road 6 > West Street (Regional Road 20) > South Grimsby Road 5 > Young Street

Businesses and residents will not have through access during the closure and may be directed to take an alternate route to get to their destination.

Emergency services will NOT have access during the closure.
