Road closure for Main Street West (Regional Road 81) in Grimsby
​Thursday, June 12 at 1 p.m. until Sunday, June 15 at 7 a.m.
Main Street West (Regional Road 81) from:
- Christie Street / Mountain Street (Regional Road 12) to Ontario Street will be closed to through traffic on Thursday, June 12 at 1 p.m. until Sunday, June 15 at 7 a.m.
- Patton Street to Christie Street / Mountain Street (Regional Road 12) will be closed to through traffic on Saturday, June 14 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting
The road closure is for the Happening in Grimsby 2025 special event.
Detour
- Mountain Street (Regional Road 12) > Elm Street > Main Street East (Regional Road 81)
- Main Street West (Regional Road 81) > Elm Street > Main Street East (Regional Road 81)
Businesses and residents will have access during the closure but may be directed to take an alternate route to get to their destination.
