Notice of surplus declaration and disposal of Niagara Region-owned lands

As per the Disposal of Land By-law 26-2011, the fee simple interest has been declared surplus to the needs of Niagara Region. This means the property is no longer needed by Niagara Region.

Niagara Region intends to execute an Agreement of Purchase and Sale at an estimated market value with the neighbouring owner. The property is located at:

• Part Township Lot 96, and being Parts 2 and 3 on reference plan 59R-4214 and being part of PIN 64310-0262 (LT) in the City of Niagara Falls
