These images are the copyright of the Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) and are made available in good faith.

You may use the images on the understanding that:

1. Images will only be used for editorial purposes by members of the media
2. Images cannot be used to promote or sell any product or service
3. Any reproduction of these images will include the supplied photo credits
4. These images will not be used in connection with any purpose that is prejudicial to Niagara Region, its officers, employees or any other third party
5. The images may not be resold
6. Images will not be unreasonably edited or changed in anyway that would distort the image's original intent
