Smart Growth Regional Development Charge Reduction Program
If you were approved for the Smart Growth Program before April 1, 2026 and your development is complete, you must fill out the Smart Growth Formal Application.
Submit the form within one month of completing the project or within five years of signing the transition agreement, whichever comes first.
