The Procedural By-law Review Committee was formed in support of Council's strategic priority for faster decision-making.
The Committee is mandated to review the Procedural By-law with the purpose of developing simplified and streamlined processes and procedures, and easier access to documentation while recognizing legislative requirements, access and transparency.
