Focus on sustainable and innovative practices that will reduce maintenance costs, improve operational efficiency and increase neighbourhood compatibility

- Research, develop and implement effective, innovative and efficient delivery of capital programs, asset management plan and maintenance programs

Enable Niagara Regional Housing to be community-centric, inclusive and responsive, and provide a positive housing experience for our tenants
- Supportive integration of new tenants into housing community
- Deliver innovative partnerships, programs and services to provide responsive tenant support and community engagement
- Ensure efficient and effective response to tenants' requests for support
- Create and support safe, connected and healthy Niagara Regional Housing communities

Create an informed board with a shared vision, raising awareness and educating the community about the impact of community housing
