Supplementary resources
- Healthy bodies (Ontario Physical and Health Education Association): In this lesson, students will gain an understanding of the effects of healthy, active living on the mind and the body. They will also learn control of small muscles. Teachers should incorporate the lessons "my body on the outside" and "my body on the inside" before teaching healthy bodies.
