Make a Payment to Niagara Region

New process for planning fees only

  1. Go to our planning applications portal
  2. Under Planning Applications, select "Applications Search"
  3. In the planning application search put in your project name, planning application number, or address, or roll number. This should populate your file, if not found contact Development Planning Applications or 905-980-6000 ext. 3256

If you would like to make a payment to Niagara Region and are unable to do so through another method (such as cheque, electronic funds transfer, online banking or telephone banking), complete the form to pay by credit card.

Once you have completed the form, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to enter your credit card information.

  • Mastercard

Receipts

Emailed receipts come from Niagara Region via webmaster@niagararegion.ca. Be sure to check your junk email folder in case it is flagged as spam.

Refunds and contact

If you need a refund for a payment that you made, request a refund.

For any other questions about your payment, email Accounts Receivable.
