I agree to the following terms and conditions

The registered charity is required to train staff and provide clear instructions to volunteers on proper waste diversion.

The Niagara Region can provide a free training workshop at an agreed upon time and location. The contact must be present at the training workshop.

This request applies to acceptable Blue/Grey Box or Recycling Carts and Green Bin material only.

  • I acknowledge that only acceptable material will be placed at the curb for collection as part of Niagara Region's Blue/Grey Box/Cart and Green Bin collection programs
  • I acknowledge that the Region reserves the right to cancel the exemption to a registered charity at any time, should the original condition(s) of the request no longer apply, the Region's Solid Waste By-Law is contravened or recyclable material is not separated from waste and it is disposed of with garbage or unacceptable material is placed out for collection
  • I hereby certify that the information provided is true and accurate
  • I acknowledge that I will notify the Region should there be a change in charitable status
