Discharges that impact the treatment plant processes may result in abnormal discharges to the receiving water bodies that could have an adverse impact on the natural environment.
Welland Wastewater Treatment Plant
Effective Feb. 3, 2012, the Welland Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 505 River Rd. in Welland, will only be accessible from Main Street.
Access from Woodlawn Road will be closed for approximately three weeks.
