Part of the Ontario Tire Stewardship Program

Niagara Region has been committed to the Tire Stewardship Program since 2009.

The program aims to support reducing, reusing and recycling efforts while helping to grow the Ontario-based tire recycling industry.

Tire recycing supports the Region's work towards a 65 per cent waste diversion goal.
