Application: Exemption from the One Bag Limit for Children's Diapers

All applications are acknowledged

Requirements for this Exemption

Households with two or more children under the age of four in diapers
- Two children: one clear bag is allowed
- More than two children: two clear bags are allowed
Diapers must be placed in clear bags, with no other garbage in the bag
Application must be renewed annually before the anniversary date

Other exemptions are available for daycare, medical reasons and group homes.
