If you have experienced an unexpected change of circumstance, we can provide support in stabilizing the situation.
One of our trained workers will visit with you and/or your caregiver at home, assess your non-medical needs, offer information regarding available services and make referrals to other agencies on your behalf, if you wish. Together, a plan is established that will support your desire to remain independent and address your needs.
The Client Intervention and Assistance program is not an emergency response service. If you believe that someone you know poses an immediate risk to themselves or others call 911. Allegations of elder abuse are investigated.
This is a free program.
