Food Handler Manual

The Food Handler's Manual contains 259 pages, and is the same manual received in our
9-hour food in-class food handler
course. 

While it is recommended that you take the in-class course, you can use this manual to study and take a written equivalency exam, proctored by a Public Health Inspector.

Taking the Written Equivalency Exam
