Breastfeeding Workshops
Parents-to-be and parents of newborns are invited to attend a Breastfeeding workshop hosted by Niagara Region Public Health.
A public health nurse will:
- Discuss the benefits of breastfeeding
- Teach you about positioning and latching
- Discuss how your partner can help you
