Regional Councillor Dave Lepp was elected to Council for the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake from 1983 – 2003. During this time, he served as Chair of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Irrigation Committee, Chair of Niagara-on-the-Lake Communications Committee, plus several other committees over 18 years on the Town Council.
Councillor Lepp is very involved with the community. He is Chair of the Niagara Peach Celebration Committee and Vice-President of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) as well as the Ontario Produce Marketing Association (OPMA). He received an award of merit recognizing contributions to the Niagara-on-the-Lake Peach Celebration Committee.
This is Councillor Lepp’s first term on Regional Council and currently serves on the Corporate Services Committee and the Public Health and Social Services Committee (January 2010). He also previously served on the Integrated Community Planning Committee and Public Works Committee (formerly the Integrated Community Planning and Public Works Committee). He also serves on the Transportation Strategy Steering Committee and the Accommodation Steering Committee.
