Source Canada Mortage and Housing Corporate with oversight by Growth Management & Analytics Team. Inclusive of 11 of the Niagara Region municipalities, excluding West Lincoln.

About this indicator

Housing starts are new residential construction projects that begin within the reported year, including single, semi-detached, row and apartment units, for all of the following intended markets: Homeowner, rental, condo and co-op.
