A current certificate of liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 naming the Region as an additional named insured. This certificate must accompany the application. The amount will be specified by the Region.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLY WITH REGIONAL BY-LAW 2705-80 AND WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE AREA MUNICIPALITY IN WHICH THE SIGN IS LOCATED AS WELL AS OTHER APPLICABLE PROVINCIAL OR FEDERAL STATUTE OR REGULATION. ISSUANCE OF A REGIONAL PERMIT DOES NOT IN ANY WAY RELIEVE THE APPLICANT FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN SUCH AREA MUNICIPALITY OR OTHER PERMITS.
