Regional Official Plan Amendment

  • Applicants will be responsible for paying the full cost of advertising, plus applicable HST
  • In addition to the above application fees, the owner / applicant will pay any costs pertaining to Peer Reviews of information submitted in support of an application
  • To establish or expand a pit or quarry, the owner / applicant will also be responsible for the costs for an Aggregate Advisor, if required
  • To establish or expand a pit or quarry, the owner / applicant is required to sign a cost acknowledgement agreement which must be signed and submitted as part of the application

File Maintenance

In the review of development applications on behalf of several Provincial Ministries, assistance may be required from the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority.

Fees which are payable to Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority vary depending on the location and on the type of application.
