Incorrect Phone Number Listed in Directory
The correct phone number to dial when reporting "Damaged Public Recycling Bins on Regional Roads" is 905-682-4523, not 905-685-4523 as incorrectly reported. Niagara Region apologizes for the error.
The Region has introduced a 'Directory of Programs and Services' for residents. It is distributed with the garbage collection calendars that are delivered to your home every year.
The directory includes information and phone numbers for all Regional programs and services. It is based on feedback received from residents last year through a survey identifying the need for information on 'Who to call' at the Region.
