I acknowledge that the property stated above has one or more children under the age of four in diapers and that this allowance is for diaper waste only and that no other waste will be placed in the transparent bag(s).

I acknowledge that weekly participation in Niagara Region's Green Bin program and Circular Material's recycling program is required and agree to fully participate in these programs.

I acknowledge that my regular household garbage will be collected every-other-week on my regular collection day.

I acknowledge that this application must be renewed annually.

If the exemption is no longer needed, I will notify Niagara Region.
