Effective January 1, 2017, all trips within Niagara will be a flat fee (one-way).

Trips between Port Colborne and Welland, or between Fort Erie and Niagara Falls carry a separate fee. See the table for fare products and pricing options.

Payment of Fares

The following fare products can be purchased from the driver or in advance over the phone:

  • Single Trip (one-way)
  • Adult - Monthly Pass
  • Adult - 10-Ride Ticket
  • Senior / Student - Monthly Pass
  • Senior / Student - 10-Ride Ticket

Method of Payment

Payment may be made in advance via:

  • Credit Card - contact the service provider by telephone
  • Pre-Authorized Debit - forward the pre-authorization form to the service provider

The customer service agent will issue the corresponding ticket via mail once the payment is processed.

Payment can be made with the driver via cash or cheque only. The driver will issue the corresponding ticket at the time of payment.

Cheques must be made payable to The BTS Network Inc. Non-sufficient funds will result in the riders being charged the non-sufficient funds cost plus a $20 administrative fee. Failure to pay will result in the rider's eligibility being suspended until the account is paid.

The customer service representative will advise the rider of the cost when booking their trip. Upon boarding, the driver will 'punch out' a trip if you are using a 10-ride ticket.

Travelling outside of Niagara Region

Service outside the Region has a separate fare structure.

The cost of a trip to, or from, Hamilton is $15.00 (one-way) for Adults or $14.00 for Senior / Student.
