About the project
Niagara Region is updating its Accessibility Plan. We want to remove barriers to our goods, services and facilities to make Niagara Region accessible for everyone. Our new multi-year accessibility plan will identify the ways we plan to do this.
We want to hear from you to better understand your experiences accessing Regional services.

Launch project; conduct in-person drop-in sessions and online survey

Hold online sessions with community and Accessibility Advisory Committee to share what we've heard

Complete Community Engagement Report

Update and finalize Accessibility Plan
