Niagara Official Plan Settlement Area Boundary Review Reports - March 2022
Niagara Region is reviewing settlement area boundaries as part of its new Official Plan.
Reports PDS 6-2022 and PDS 7-2022 set out staff's preferred recommendations for settlement area expansion, including minor modifications resulting from extensive public and stakeholder consultation following the December 2021 Niagara Official Plan Settlement Area Boundary Review Reports.
Full reports with appendices are provided here. The version provided as part of the Council agenda did not contain all appendices due to size. The comments received for the urban and rural settlement area boundary reviews can be found in Appendix 4 to PDS 6-2022.
