Adrienne brings extensive experience in social services and health care to her leadership role in Community Services which works to support and advance the well-being of individuals, families and communities of Niagara through a range of services, programs and partnerships.
Prior to her appointment as Acting Commissioner in 2015, Adrienne served in leadership roles with Niagara Region Public Health, including Director of Clinical Services and Manager of Community Mental Health.
Adrienne has also held positions as Executive Director for the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centre (Niagara) and part-time faculty trainer for the Centre of Addiction and Mental Health.
Adrienne has a Master's Degree in Social Work; a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and is registered with both the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.
