Business Licensing By-law Review at Niagara Region

Niagara Region is responsible for all business licensing, inspection and enforcement services.

To modernize and serve Niagara residents better, we're reviewing our Business Licensing by-laws.
The review process includes several steps, including public engagement through an online survey and public information centres.

By collecting your input, we hope to improve the overall client experience with our business licensing services. These revised by-laws will then be submitted to Niagara Region Council for final approval.
