Grand Opening of Niagara Foreign Trade Office in Fort Erie

Media are invited to attend the grand opening  ceremony of the Niagara Foreign Trade Office (NFTZ) in Fort Erie, Ontario.
 
WHO: Niagara Regional Chair Alan Caslin, Town of Fort Erie Mayor Wayne Redekop, and other dignitaries.
 
WHAT:  Event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, photo opportunity and media interview opportunities with companies that have benefitted from the NFTZ designation.
 
WHERE: 660 Garrison Rd., Fort Erie, ON (Ribbon-cutting will take place outside, reception indoors)
 
WHEN: Monday, April 9 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
 
WHY: The Niagara Foreign Trade Zone (NFTZ) point, the first one established in Ontario, promotes the use of federal, provincial and regional programs that support export development. The event will recognize the opening of the Fort Erie office, individuals and organizations involved in the development of the NFTZ, as well as highlight region businesses.
