St. Catharines GO Station Area Open House on March 30
It will be a busy couple of years with many construction projects happening to improve multi-modal access to the St. Catharines GO Station and to make upgrades to the transportation network in Niagara.
Existing connections will be improved and new connections will be developed to provide safe and convenient access to the station and from the station into the downtown, employment areas, commercial areas, Ridley College and other key destinations.
Niagara Region and the City of St. Catharines are hosting an open house to provide information about the upcoming projects and how they will impact the area over the next couple of years.
Open house details:
Thursday, March 30
6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Ridley College (Williams Hall),
2 Ridley Rd., St. Catharines
Upcoming projects to the area include:
- St. Paul Street West (RR 81) CN Rail Bridge replacement
- Ridley Road reconstruction (Louth to Henrietta)
- Louth Street Environmental Assessment
- New GO Station access road (Ridley to Station)
