Adult Day Program

Helping seniors 60+ stay active and socially connected with planned programming

The adult day program offers a safe atmosphere where seniors can socialize and engage in meaningful group programming. Structured group and independent recreational programs are offered throughout the day.

Programs are developed based on participant interests, skills and abilities with the goal of encouraging physical, intellectual and social involvement.

Exercise class is designed to get clients active and promote physical health and wellness.

A morning snack and a nutritious lunchtime meal are provided in a relaxed social atmosphere. Caregivers can benefit from the valuable respite and peace of mind.
