The visiting policy helps to ensure a safe environment and provide equitable access to visits for all residents. It follows applicable directives, guidance and recommendations from the Chief Medical Officer of Health.
The Northland Pointe Continuous Quality Improvement Interim Report identifies the main areas where the long-term care home needs to make changes, what the home wants to achieve, and the progress in achieving these targets to improve the quality of care residents receive.
