• Mental Health First Aid
  Gives people the skills they need to provide help to a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis
• Wellbeing 101
  A 1.5 hour interactive presentation that introduces mental health literacy, stigma reduction, resiliency and social connectedness, how to increase help-seeking behaviour, and access to local supports
• have THAT talk
  Offers interactive activities, including a video series with five modules, that help to raise awareness about the importance of mental health in all areas of our lives
