An initial onsite investigation was conducted on April 18, 2017.
|Pedicure foot throne was insufficiently cleaned and sanitized, water samples which were tested found evidence of infective agents.||Order issued to close pedicure foot tub until a water sample tested is found to have no evidence of infective agents.||May 1, 2017|
