Community Addiction Services of Niagara
Youth, adults and family members can access this program designed to help individuals and their relatives/significant others with alcohol, drug and gambling problems.
Individual counselling is available.
Withdrawal Management Services
Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The centres provide crisis intervention, withdrawal management, rest, nutrition and hygiene restarts, assessments, supportive counselling and self help groups, consultation, treatment referrals and discharge planning in a supportive, supervised setting for alcohol and other drug issues.
No referral is necessary. Inpatient and outpatient support is available.

The New Port Centre at our Port Colborne Niagara Health Site offers residential and community treatment options to help people overcome substance use.
Rapid Access Addictions Medicine (RAAM) Clinic
The RAAM Clinic is a clinic for people looking for help with substance use (alcohol and/or other drugs). This service provides assessments and treatment for substance use problems such as alcohol, opioids, cocaine, benzodiazepines and cannabis.
Out and About Clinic
The Out and About Clinic provides care to clients who have an opiate addiction with methadone or suboxone replacement therapy.
A Better Choice Program
A Better Choice program intensive care management to pregnant/parenting women with substance use issues and their family units (ages 0 - 6 years).
