Ordering Condoms and STI Medication
Order for medications can be made by:
- Physicians
- Nurse practitioners
- Walk-in clinics
- Community health centres
Order condoms as part of your STI medication order:
- Complete the order online or print / fax the form
- Fax the completed form to 905-688-6063
Order medication for syphilis
For consult regarding syphilis infection or to order medications, call 905-688-3817 or 1-800-263-5757 (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) and request to speak to a nurse.
Free medication with prescriptions
If you don't have the necessary medication on hand and want your patient to get free medication, you can direct them to our sexual health centre. You'll need to write a prescription for them. Tell your patient that they will need to speak with a sexual health nurse first to book an appointment.
