Closure

The Free Available Chlorine (FAC) was observed to be less than .5 milligrams per litre. Lack of residual Free Available Chlorine in the pool may lead to the spread of infectious diseases among bathers. The pool water clarity is such that the required black disc on a white background at the deepest point of the pool cannot be seen clearly from any point on the pool deck nine meters away. A bather in difficulty under the water surface may not be seen and therefore could result in injury or death of a bather.
